Update Going into
the last Quarter of '24
As we enter the last few months of 2024, we've decided to give everyone an update on where we are at in terms of the State of the Syndicate. We had a brief break over the Summer months due to personal things along with vacations within management. Now that we are moving into Fall we have been back to work to continue the work and growth of the organization to reach our goals.
First I would like to apologize on behalf of the organization for the lack of content and transparency that we have had lately. We intend to do better moving forward. We are growing our team slowly to delegate out some responsibilities and to assign some new ones. We are a small team of people by choice in order to make sure that those that we bring on the team are the right ones for the job. Most of us have never been in these positions before, so we are learning as we go.
Second, as we look towards the end of the year we will be doing some experimentation in content and events, so your feedback is requested. This can be done on YouTube videos on our channel or messaging us on social media when possible. We want to produce content and events that we enjoy, but we also want those of you who watch and support us to enjoy it as well. Over the next couple months we will also be adding a Spanish translation to all of our videos to make them more accessible for the viewer since we do have a competitive team based in Latin America (Pokemon Unite).
Finally, the Scorpion Syndicate is looking to do things as we are able. For that reason our progression is slow, but our goals stay in the forefront. Those goals are innovation, diversity, and continued interest in audience feedback.

First Charity Stream:
Pride Month Trevor Project
To end out Pride Month 2024, we held a Charity Stream to raise funds for the Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is a non-profit for LGBTQIA+ Youth. At The Trevor Project they offer all different types of services to help struggling youth in the community. During this event majority of our members played live on the Scorpion Syndicate Twitch and Kick. Even thought we didn't raise much funds, we had a wonderful time and broke some viewership records on both of the channels! We are so excited to learn and do another one of these events in the future.
The Ladder Episode 5:
"EMBRACE"
On June 26th, the fifth episode of the Scorpion Syndicate Docu-Series premiered. With this episode can the introduction of two new members, Bruno and HuggableLUX. Bruno has taken over as the new manager for our Pokemon Unite team. He has been in the Pokemon Unite eSports scene since the beginning, and is bringing his expertise and connections to the team to help them reach new opportunities within the space. HuggableLux came in as our first ever Content Director, a role which was previously done by our CEO until now. She has been streaming for a long time and has recently done a Streamathon that lasted over 60 days! HuggableLUX will be working with our Climb Together Content Team to help bring some more exciting content to your Timelines! This is the rest of the manangement team for the rest of the year so now that our team is complete we can continue to work on growing the Scorpion Syndicate.
XDefiant Releases Finally!
After a very long wait XDefiant Releases to the public. The development of this game was announced in July 18th, 2021, with the title originally attached to the "Tom Clancy's" franchise. After much success on it's own during testing they dropped the name and just became XDefiant. This game has characters and maps from different games across the Ubisoft universe, bringing them together into one game to enjoy. This game has seen unprecedented players for Ubisoft even after the numerous delays that the game received. To all those that were excited, your time to play has come.
